Roasted sweet potato

Serves 4 – Preparation time 10 minutes – Cooking time 25 minutes – Easy



  1. Wash the sweet potatoes.
  2. Cook in boiling and salted water for 15 minutes.
  3. Leave to cool.
  4. Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Incoporate the fresh sheep’s milk cheese.
  6. Cook the sweet potates in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  7. Put on a plate, add the olive oil, the red berries and the spring onion.
  8. Serve with an endive salad.
