Salted waffle

For 4 people – Preparation time 15 minutes – Easy


For the waffle


  1. Whisk together the butter and egg.
  2. Blend the flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Gently add to the first mixture.
  4. Stir in the yoghurt until you obtain a smooth paste.
  5. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Cook in a waffle iron until nicely coloured (about 2 minutes).
  7. Put the fresh sheep’s milk cheese, rocket, smoked salmon and onion rings on a waffle. Serve with a green salad.
