Ingredients:
- 4 wraps (wheat tortillas)
- 2 chicken breasts
- 200g of sheep’s milk fromage frais
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- 2 lettuce slices
- 1 carrot cut into julienne strips
- 1 black radish cut into julienne strips
Preparation:
- Slice the chicken, season.
- Cook in a stove with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Spread the fromage frais on a wheat tortilla, add the chicken, the carrots, the black radish, the lettuce, and roll up the wrap.
- Cut into 2 pieces and place on a plate.
