Chicken and vegetables wrap

Serves 4 – Preparation time 10 minutes – Cooking time 10 minutes – Easy


Ingredients:

  • 4 wraps (wheat tortillas)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 200g of sheep’s milk fromage frais
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • 2 lettuce slices
  • 1 carrot cut into julienne strips
  • 1 black radish cut into julienne strips

Preparation:

  1. Slice the chicken, season.
  2. Cook in a stove with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Spread the fromage frais on a wheat tortilla, add the chicken, the carrots, the black radish, the lettuce, and roll up the wrap.
  4. Cut into 2 pieces and place on a plate.
