Pancake with honey and apricot jam

For 15-20 pancakes – Preparation time 5 minutes – Easy



  1. Blanch the eggs with the honey and sugar.
  2. Stir in the Greek Style sheep’s milk yoghurt, then pour in the flour and baking powder mixture.
  3. Cook in a lightly greased pan.
  4. Serve with a spoonful of apricot jam.
