For 15-20 pancakes – Preparation time 5 minutes – Easy
- 4 eggs
- 20g of honey
- 160g of sugar
- 100g of sheep’s milk Greek Style yoghurt
- 260g of wheat flour
- 5g of baking powder
- Blanch the eggs with the honey and sugar.
- Stir in the Greek Style sheep’s milk yoghurt, then pour in the flour and baking powder mixture.
- Cook in a lightly greased pan.
- Serve with a spoonful of apricot jam.
