Sardine rillettes with fresh goat cheese

For 4 people – Preparation time 10 minutes – Easy


  • A tin of sardines
  • 200 g fresh goats’ milk cheese
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • A few sprigs of chopped parsley
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • Salt, pepper and crushed pink peppercorns


  1. Remove the spine from the sardines and then crush them with a knife.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
  3. Spread on a good farmhouse bread.
