Ingredients
- A tin of sardines
- 200 g fresh goats’ milk cheese
- 1 chopped shallot
- A few sprigs of chopped parsley
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Salt, pepper and crushed pink peppercorns
Preparation
- Remove the spine from the sardines and then crush them with a knife.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
- Spread on a good farmhouse bread.
